1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Guest" or "User") and Grand Hotel International ("we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of our Services.
2. Definitions
- "Booking" means a reservation for accommodation or other services made through our platform.
- "Force Majeure" refers to events beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism, pandemics, or government actions.
- "Property" means any hotel, resort, or accommodation facility operated by Grand Hotel International.
- "Service Charges" include all applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges imposed by governmental authorities or the Property.
3. Reservations and Bookings
- All Bookings are subject to availability and our final written confirmation via email.
- To secure a Booking, we require valid credit card details or, where available, payment in full at the time of reservation.
- Room rates are displayed in the local currency of the Property location but may be converted to your preferred currency during the booking process. The final charge will be processed in the Property's local currency and your card issuer may apply additional conversion fees.
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where they appear to be fraudulent or made in bad faith.
- Special requests (including but not limited to room preferences, accessibility needs, or dietary requirements) will be accommodated where possible but cannot be guaranteed.
4. Check-in and Check-out Policies

- Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
- All guests must present valid government-issued photo identification (passport for international guests) and the credit card used for booking upon check-in.
- Minimum age requirement for check-in is 18 years. Additional restrictions may apply in certain jurisdictions.
- Properties reserve the right to perform credit card pre-authorization for incidentals upon check-in.
5. Cancellation and Modification Policies
Important: Cancellation policies vary by rate plan and Property location. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific terms.
- Standard rate cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to arrival will receive a full refund.
- Non-refundable rates are subject to full charge upon booking with no cancellation permitted.
- No-shows will be charged the full amount of the first night's stay plus applicable taxes.
- Modifications to existing bookings are subject to availability and rate differences.
- During peak periods, special events, or for group bookings, different cancellation policies may apply as specified at the time of booking.
6. Guest Conduct and Property Policies
- Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner respectful to other guests and staff, complying with all local laws and regulations.
- We reserve the right to refuse service or evict guests for inappropriate behavior, health and safety concerns, or violation of these Terms.
- Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. Designated smoking areas are provided. Violations will result in a minimum €250 cleaning fee.
- Pets are only permitted in designated pet-friendly rooms with prior arrangement. Service animals are always welcome with proper documentation.
- Damage to Property, excessive cleaning requirements, or missing items will result in charges to the guest's account at replacement cost plus administrative fees.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Grand Hotel International shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Guests are responsible for safeguarding their personal property. We provide in-room safes for valuables and recommend utilizing them. Liability for lost or stolen items is strictly limited to cases of proven gross negligence by Property staff.
8. Data Protection and Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for EU guests, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) for California residents, and other applicable data protection laws. Our comprehensive Privacy Policy details our practices regarding collection, use, and protection of your personal information.
By using our Services, you consent to our processing of personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including potential international transfer of data to countries with different data protection standards.
9. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms to the extent such failure or delay is caused by Force Majeure events. In such circumstances, affected reservations may be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion, without additional compensation.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Country], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good faith mediation. If mediation fails, disputes shall be finally settled by the courts of [City, Country], except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction require otherwise.

- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Grand Hotel International regarding the Services.
- If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
- Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our Services with at least 30 days' notice before taking effect.
